Voter Registration & Early Ballot

New Registration or Update

Check your voter registration to see if you have selected the Active Early Voting List (AEVL) option. Selecting the AEVL gives you the most options to ensure your vote is counted. You have the option to return it by mail or drop it off at a secure ballot drop box or your voting location.

Sign Up for an Early Ballot (AVEL)

AVEL Signup

We highly, highly recommend that you sign up for the Automatic Early Voting List (AEVL) to receive an early ballot in the mail. Traditionally, Republicans have been staunch supporters of voting in person on election day. Unfortunately, that strategy is a significant contributor to the lost elections 2020 & 2022 General Elections. Approximately 89% of all ballots cast were early ballots.

Non-Forwardable

Ballots mailed to your Arizona address are non-forwardable. Voters who will be out of town or away from their residence should contact their county recorder immediately so they can mail their ballot to their temporary mailing address. This is extremely important for Arizona registered voters who are gone for the summer or return after the November 2024 election.

7PM Cutoff

ALL VOTED BALLOTS MUST BE RECEIVED NO LATER THAN 7PM ON ELECTION DAY. In Arizona, postmarks are not sufficient. The ballot must be received by the County Elections Officials by 7pm on Election Day, whether it is mailed back or dropped off at a voting location or drop box.

Track Your Ballot

You can easily track your ballot every step of the way by signing up for text or email notifications sent by Maricopa County. You will be notified when your ballot is prepared, mailed, received, verified, and counted. In-person voters can also see alerts when they cast a ballot at the polls. Tracking your ballot is as easy as texting "JOIN" to 628-683 or by visiting them online.
